Your role will involve managing the relationships with our clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, and generating repeat business. You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, and finalizing projects within the organization, creating and monitoring current contracts and their budgets, uncovering unmet customer needs, and actively acquiring strategic industry information based on customer input. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to increase business by offering new services and products to existing customers.

- Setup, maintain and finalize your projects within the organization
- Create, follow-up and complete deals, quotes and budgets for existing customers
- Create and monitor current contracts and their budgets
- Monitor the continuity of projects by ongoing oversight and prepare amendments when required
