What will you do?
You will be at the forefront of our growth ambitions, opening doors with new customers, developing strong pipelines, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth across existing and new customers. You will own lead generation, pipeline development, and closed-won targets, while working closely with cross-functional teams to unlock new opportunities. You will be part of a global commercial team, operating remote or from our offices in Leiden (NL), Atlanta (US), and Singapore, with regular travel.

Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through relevant professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within a Pharmaceutical company, CRO, or Central Laboratory
- Strong commercial mindset with a proven ability to generate leads and close deals
- Excellent networking skills and the ability to build long-term professional relationships
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Solid understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 is a plus
